Partners from around Europe have arrived in Gothenburg for the next plenary meeting, as Use-it-Wisely turns one. The three day meeting will run from 30th September to 2nd October 2014.
The Economist’s annual Innovation Forum will take place in Berkeley CA on March 27th 2014. Major players from industries including IT, retail, Marketing and PR, education, and research attended the forum in 2013 and this year’s event is sure to attract more industry leaders.

The wider innovation and manufacturing activity happening across the technology sector is a great example of the way an industry can move beyond the state of the art, similar to the way the Use-it-Wisely project will help manufacturers to move beyond the state of the art and help them to deal with changing customer demands.

The second plenary meeting was attended by many partners and the progress of work packages and clusters was displayed through impressive and informative presentations. Workshops for clusters allowed important decisions to be made, including the focus of each cluster and the requirements of the Advisory Board.
The Use-it-Wisely kick-off meeting took place from Monday 16th – Thursday 19th September 2013. Eighteen partners from all around Europe travelled to Tampere, Finland to begin work on this exciting project which will help enable European manufacturers to produce innovative products and services across key industries and to excel in changing markets.
